My first favorite time in Vietnam. I was sitting on a bench on the side of the street when this woman walked right up to me and started talking about how much she liked my jewelry. And how much did I pay for it? Had I been shopping in Saigon? Where was I going next? Did I have a boyfriend? Did I have any babies? Had I tried the noodles? Would I take photo of us? UMMM YES PLEASE. I promptly pulled out my snapchat and started filming. She loved it. And we then spent the next 20 minutes trying to download snapchat onto her own phone. It was exactly the kind of interaction that reminded me why I love photography and puppy filters and HUMANITY ITSELF. She also called me the next day and texted me photos of her family and told me that she missed me.
