Ridiculous things I convince my family to do:

The transformation was quick. And stylish. And surprisingly believable. Encouraged by 6 cousins bored at their grandma's house.

My movie sharing/photo taking/lipstick applying/adventuring/partner in crime Alena is the hippest woman I know. Two weekends ago she packed her Subaru to the brim and trekked from Salt Lake City up to Boise and a weekend of outrageousness ensued. These are just a few pieces of evidence to prove the following:
1. Alena truly is a babe.
2. Red lipstick amps up any photoshoot.
3. The cheesiest, most hamball photos are the best.

me: hey dad! if you could be the lead singer in a band what kind of music would you play?
dad: techno.
me: haha, what!? most techno songs don't even have lead singers.
dad: well then i would be the head mixer. 

baby bro GRADUATED!!!

  little (BIG) brother graduated from high school this weekend.
Observations:
1. Bow tie: automatically GQ.
2. The diversity at Borah is outa control. Every (okay, almost every) ethnicity I can think of was represented. GO BORAH!
3. Watching momma's left and right taking proud pictures of their babies was heartwarming AND epic people watching.
4. Chan is a total sweet-talking lady killer.

It's always an adventure. And this weekend was no exception.

MONTE BEAN museum: it's much easier to mess with animals when they are stuffed.

Not only was this museum super weird and bizarre, but it was also the perfect place to showcase the outrageous and lovable personality of my cousin Jade. ENJOY: 

While we were exploring the museum, I kept thinking that this place was just too good. The pictures were already nutty, but what could we do to push it over the edge??? OBVIOUSLY. Hipster glasses make everything more outrageous and hilarious. So Jade and I took advantage of the lack of security (or any other people for that matter) and snuck behind and climbed over glass dividers to add a little extra pizazz to the lovely stuffed animals.

So I've been home for a bit, and so many happy and hilarious things have happened so far. 

I took a luxurious and exciting trip to Wendover, UT/NV with my grandpa. We spent the weekend like true high rollers eating at buffets and playing "Sex in the City" penny slots. 

My girl Jade gets real upset when giant bears give her sass. 

Creeped on this pretty lady in the next lane. Hair clips are definitely coming back.

We snuck rides on my grandpa's lawn mower and got real good at driving it.  Even learned some tricks.

Dog sat lil Miss Sandy.

Baby Bro brought me back a pretty sick souvenir.
